Tradeshift: Brand book
Tradeshift, a tech startup that was recently valued at $1.2 Billion, needed a refresh of its brand tone-of-voice. As Senior Copywriter and then Senior Copy Manager on their brand team, I helped overhaul the brand tone-of-voice and create new guidelines that would ensure consistency across all their content.
